Return Policy – Doxy Couture

Return Policy

Customers wishing to exchange an item must place a new order.  After requesting a return authorization, you will be emailed the appropriate return address. Customers are responsible for return freight unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded the cost of the original items(s) ordered.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Customers returning a qualified item will be sent a refund within 5 business days.

No return will be honored without first having received a RMA number from our customer service department.  Unapproved returns will be refused and returned at your expense.  RMA requests must be emailed within 10 business days upon delivery of item.

Custom and handmade items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.  Please contact us for assistance before placing any order that contains a custom or handmade item.

Any product being returned must be unworn, in resellable condition and have the original product tags still attached to the item, if applicable.

Because the nature of Doxy Couture is adult oriented, we must carefully approve all return and exchange requests.  If you intend on making a purchase that risks being returned or exchanged, we encourage you to first contact us with the product information to determine whether that item qualifies for a return/exchange. Doxy Couture will not be held liable for purchases that cannot be returned/exchanged if the buyer does not first contact a representative for assistance.

NOTE:  Latex apparel, items with direct contact with the genitals and custom ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please carefully consider sizing when purchasing these products. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  This fee is waived for those ordering a replacement item, i.e. an exchange.  Doxy Couture is not responsible for any return shipping fees incurred as a result of an approved return or exchange. 

FOLLOW THESE 3 STEPS BELOW TO MAKE A RETURN.

  1. YOU MUST CONTACT US TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM.
  2. SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO THE ADDRESS(S) SUPPLIED IN THE RETURN EMAIL YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US WITH YOUR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
  3. WHEN YOU SHIP OUT YOUR ITEM, WE RECOMMEND YOU USE A CARRIER THAT PROVIDES INSURANCE AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISSING ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT.

CANCELLING ORDERS:

If you cancel an order after it has shipped out, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee.  In addition, you are responsible for return shipping fees incurred when returning the item to us.  If you submit payment and cancel an order BEFORE it goes out, then you will be refunded the total amount and will not be penalized any fees.
